Our Click + Collect Service is Coming Soon!
Save time, reduce stress, and order online from Joel's Place. We offer a wide variety of dishes perfect for lunch, snacks, and dinner.
- Visit our website, choose the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. You can place your order any day between 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. and select your preferred pick up time.
- At checkout, you can choose to pick up your order in-store or curbside. For curbside pick up, simply call the store at +63968 852 8766 when you arrive. One of our friendly team members will bring your order directly to your car.
- Proceed with payment at checkout, and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
- When your order is ready for pick up at our Glorietta 4, Makati store, you will receive a notification by email or SMS. Please remember, we will never ask for your credit card or banking details through email or SMS—always be cautious of scams.
- During pick up, show your order confirmation on your phone or provide a printed copy.
Authorization to Collect
You may send someone else to collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure to include their full name in the order notes during checkout. The person collecting must present a valid photo ID and the email confirmation receipt showing the order number.
Is Click & Collect a free service?
Yes! Our Click & Collect service is completely free for all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Are all products available for Click & Collect?
At the moment, only select items are available for Click & Collect. We’ll be expanding the selection soon to include more grocery and gourmet items—stay tuned!
What is the cut-off time for Click & Collect orders?
You can place your Click & Collect orders as early as 9:00 a.m. and the latest order cut-off is 7:30 p.m. for an 8:00 p.m. pickup time. Be sure to place your order before this time to allow for timely preparation and pick up.
Can I place an order over the phone and pick up in-store?
Yes! You can also place an order via phone at our Glorietta 4, Makati store and pick it up in-store. Simply call us at +63968 852 8766 to place your order.
